A 28-year-old Los Angeles man, charged with stabbing Bobby Brown's nephew at Sean "Diddy" Combs' restaurant in Atlanta, was shot and killed Thursday morning (March 9) in Atlanta.

According to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, Marque Dixson argued with his ex-girlfriend early before leaving the Buckhead club, The Living Room. His ex-girlfriend was driving behind him in a separate car when they stopped in the parking lot of a Rooms to Go store. He was shot and killed there at around 3 a.m.

As of press time, police were still interviewing witnesses and trying to determine who fired the fatal shots. Sources told AllHipHop.com that the ex-girlfriend allegedly shot Dixon to death in the parking lot.

Dixson was out on $50,000 bail after being indicted for the May 2005 stabbing of Brown's nephew, Shayne, following an argument between the entourages of both parties. Two men in Brown's crew were stabbed in the neck during the melee, which occurred moments after Brown gave an impromptu performance during an open mic night at Diddy’s Justin's restaurant.

Dixson, later indicted for aggravated assault and two counts of aggravated battery, was said to be associated with the record label Black Mafia Family (BMF). In October 2005, the DEA arrested over 30 members of the group and seized over $3 million in money, two kilograms of cocaine and various weapons.
