I am having a serious case of Deja Vu here.
For the second time in a row, DMX has failed to appear in an Arizona court. For the second time in a row the judge has raised his bail. And for the second time in a row an arrest warrant has been issued for the rapper. Really.
Judge Michael Kemp issued a warrant for the rapper on Friday (December 5) when X failed to show up for a hearing early Friday morning. As a result his bail was raised to $120,000 cash, after being raised to $25,000 last time he didn't show up in August.
The rapper is facing charges of drug possession, identity theft and animal cruelty stemming from three separate felony arrests.
DMX's attorney, Charles Kolzelka, says the rapper is currently receiving treatment at an undisclosed rehab facility.
His Florida attorney told TMZ that X was supposed to show the judge documentation proving his rehab stint during his court appearance today, but obviously that didn't happen.
