New York (Billboard) - Rookie rapper Flo Rida's "Low" featuring T-Pain led Billboard's Hot 100 singles chart for a third week, while Alicia Keys' "No One" held at No. 2.
Timbaland's "Apologize" featuring OneRepublic was unchanged at No. 3, as was Chris Brown's "Kiss Kiss," also featuring T-Pain, at No. 4.
Fergie's "Clumsy" climbed one to its previous high of No. 5. Colbie Caillat's "Bubbly," at No. 6,and Finger Eleven's "Paralyzer," at No. 7 ,were each up one place as well.
Jordin Sparks' "Tattoo" achieved the same peak spot it earned two weeks ago, jumping two to No. 8. Sara Bareilles' "Love Song" remained at No. 9, while Soulja Boy's former chart-topper "Crank That (Soulja Boy)" fell five to No. 10.
Miley Cyrus' "Start All Over Again" was the top debut at No. 68. Other new entrants included Carrie Underwood's "All-American Girl" at No. 84, Plain White T's' "Our Time Now" at No. 90, Alan Jackson's "Small Town Southern Man" at No. 91, and Kenny Chesney's "Shiftwork" at No. 92.
