R&B singer Joe will be releasing his new album titled New Man on September 23rd via Kedar Entertainment Group / Universal.
Joe recently cut ties with his longtime label Jive Records. The singer says he is rejuvenated to be on a new label and loves having more creative control.
"There is a happiness that comes with independence, but I also felt more confident in the studio" Joe said in a statement. "I was able to work at my own pace, choose my collaborators and sing the truth."
New Man will feature appearances from Nas, Busta Rhymes, Mario, Trey Songz, Snoop Dogg and Diddy. Producers include Bryan Michael Cox, Stereotypes, and D'Miles.
Last week, Joe released the video for the first single off the album called "Why Just Be Friends."
