A Phoenix judge has issued an arrest warrant for DMX after the Yonkers bred rapper failed to appear in court yesterday morning (August 12).

According to The Associated Press, DMX was scheduled to appear in court Tuesday for a pretrial conference on four counts of possessing drug paraphernalia and one count of marijuana possession.

Judge Phemonia Miller also raised DMX's bond to $25,000 and is awaiting an explanation from his lawyer. Miller has given DMX until 4 PM to get to court or he will be arrested.

DMX's lawyer, Charles Kozelka, had no comment when reached.

DMX is facing various cases in Phoenix. He is facing animal cruelty charges for malnourished dogs found in his house and identity theft charges for using another man's name to avoid paying a hospital bill.
