Kanye West has reportedly reached a settlement with an African rapper who helped him craft the song "Diamonds from Sierra Leone."
According to AHN, Sierra Leonean rapper Chosan shared his knowledge about blood diamonds to West and appeared on the song's intro but never received credit.
Kanye's camp and Chosan reached an agreement this week and Chosan was paid an undisclosed amount and full credit for his work.
"Diamonds from Sierra Leone" appeared on West's 2005 album Late Registration.
