Lil Jon was among the artists honored at BMI's 54th annual Pop Awards ceremony, held Tuesday night at the Regent Beverly Wilshire Hotel in Los Angeles.
The crunk producer picked up his third songwriter of the year win for his collaboration with the East Side Boyz, "Lovers and Friends," featuring Usher and Ludacris; Ciara’s "Goodies" featuring Petey Pablo and "Salt Shaker" by the Ying Yang Twins and Lil Jon himself.
