The New Orleans-native (real name: Dwayne Carter Jr.) made a court appearance in Arizona yesterday (November 6) with attorney James Tilson.
During the case, Tilson requested that the case be sent back to a grand jury due to the county attorney’s office being unaware of some of the charges that were made.
Wayne’s next court appearance is scheduled for Friday (November 21).
