Master P & Lil Romeo will fly to Germany at the end of this month in preparation for a USO concert for American troops. R&B singer Michel Warren has also agreed to perform at the event which will be held at Rose Barracks, Vilseck, Germany on March 29th.
The concert is billed as a ‘welcome home event’ – the 18th Corps Support Battalion and the 94th Engineer Combat Battalion are returning from Iraq, and on the way home they will be presented with a wide array of entertainment which includes music, games, magic shows and carnival rides.
USO is a sixty five year old non profit organisation that funds events such as these. It was created to provide support and morale to military personnel and their families.
