Nate Dogg is seeking a legal judgment against his former Death Row boss Marion "Suge" Knight, claiming he’s owed $10 million in unpaid royalties.
According to court documents the signer – whose real name is Nathaniel Hale – says Knight stiffed him on royalties on hit records dating back to 1993. Nate Dogg also claims that Knight threatened him with physical violence whenever he inquired about his payment.
The filing also claims Death Row Records has continuously refused to provide accounting for Nate Dogg's record sales during his association with the label.
