beat is good, vocals are not bad, but my god, this track has been mixed horribly. Whoever mixed this ain't got a fucking clue how to mix vocals. get a good mix and this wouldn't be a bad track.

Yeah... the mix does need to be better, but we were rushin'. I had an app. to get to so we had to jet.

I don't really like the song at all, to be honest.

And for you to say "whoever mixed this ain't go ta fucking clue how to mix vocals" is fucking hilarious... Pace produced half the shit you heard on Proof's 2 albums, he's worked on D12 world... he helped Em produce some shit... so that's funny right there.

pace is a fucking OG... that's like... ahh...nm.

So? Does that mean he knows how to mix vocals? Hell to tha naw. Half the producers in the industry can't mix vocals. Timbaland can't even do it, which is why if you pick up the new Nelly Furtado album you'll read that all the vocals were mixed by a guy I know in Philly named Jim Beanz.

What's funny to me is that you automatically assume that producers (which, in the hiphop industry is just beatmakers for the most part), know how to make a good mix. 95% of them can't, that's why they hire engineers to do it.

I could care less if you think the guy is a "fucking OG". Fact is, I listened to something he mixed, and it sounded shitty. That's all there is to it.

Would you think that Timbo would know how to mix vocals? Answer that and you've answered your own question.

Dude.. I ain't gonna front.. I don't know what who does... seriously... I don't. I don't know how any of this shit works... I go in.. .spit my shit.. the producer I'm working with records it... puts it together, and there you have it. I haven't been around or learned enough to know shit yet.

Can you up this song somewhere else? I hate soundclick (or I'm maybe to lazy to sign in ;) ).
You shouldn't have to sign into soundclick. I just created an account yesterday but have been listenening to shit there for over a year now.

And, unfortunately, I can't... I don't even have the song with me cuz it's not mine... like I said... I just dropped a 16 for my dogg... but... if you want to listen to the song... visit Pace's myspace:

aiight beats strange not sure if I like it or not - it needs more variation in terms of the melody and beat - aiight 1st emcee
good delivery voice is cool flow could be better confidence could
also be improved lyrics could be stepped up...
2nd dood nice voice and delivery flow is ok lyrics ok but
could better as in more alliterations punch lines also emotion could come up...chorus could be catchier ...

Not sure about this one: Beat's a little repetitive but it's not just that, it sounds like it needs a harder delivery to make it work and noone really delivers on this. I'm not sure if it was just that I wasnt listening enough but it seemed liked the content was all over the place too, it wasnt just a pimp song which makes me think you guys weren't collaborating in the true sense of the word.

I dunno man, flow's were nice and all but I just thought it was dismissive. I'll check out some of your other stuff tho. keep 'em coming :thumb:
