Razorblade - "Loving You Is Wrong"

#1
Going back over my older stuff again so all the tracks on my page (apart from Phat Ladiez) have been updated.
Let me know what you think of "Loving You Is Wrong" - the lyrics are pretty much the same (for anyone who heard it before) apart from a few tweaks to make my bars fit.

Anyway, let me know what you think:
Lo-Fi
Hi-Fi
Or you can just click the link in my sig and go to my music page; it's the first song on there.

I replied to Drunken Mastah - "Rush" and "The Getaway", Deliquint - "Future Diss" and Future & J-Deezy - "Take It Off"

its a pretty cool track....ur flow could use a "rappier" sound though......reguardless its cool that your doing this for the love of the music and not for fame.

hey man its been awhile good to see you posting

beats sounds like fire, dope ass sample.
your accent and flow works really well on the beat, the only thing i can suggest off the top is to harden your voice a little bit. i dont mean try to sound hard or something, its just a little too bouncy for the beat.

lyrics are cool. a little cliche here and there "if loving yous a crime than a guilty" things like that. could use just a little work.

your levels and production are hot. damn its good to hear some shit from you. i like the chorus a lot, you work real well with the beat.
the lyrics get more complex as the track goes on, just noticed that, its nice.

im feeling it man. keep posting damn.

I love thise beat, very nice sample! I do like the accent and flow on this, I agree with advocate tho, the voice does sound a little bouncy for it, but it still works out. Real nice drop. Keep it up.

Hey buddy, thought i'd check this track out too!

This is a nice track mate, beat is nice.
The lyrics are good as earlier mentioned, i can hear lil cuts where u overlap two sections of a verse, make sure there the same volume level when you mix it.
But yeh this is a really nice tune mate, flow was nice. I really like your rapping voice cos you can still hear your accent in it which is really cool!!

Cheers again Simon-Glad you liked it. Thanks for the advise on the mixing, some times I'm not sure on what the best approach for the overlapping because I think it can sound fuzzy when the vocals are too loud. I'd rather do without it all together but I think the song can start to sound boring without something like that to keep it going/accentuate some lyrics, y'know?
New track being uploaded soon as so I hope you'll check it out.
Thanks again :thumb:
