Razorblade - Pushing This Pen

#1
I've already got all this down on the story page for the song on Soundclick so long story short: A few years back, Simon - who has recently returned, hopefully to start recording again - dropped his e.p. "Simon Says". Any of oyu who remember it should recall that it was a damn good collection of tracks.
Anyways, one song on it, "Pushing This Pen", I particularly loved and Simon gave me the go ahead to record a remix so here it is in a long over-due update.
Special dedication to Simon on this one for being a true inspiration.

Or, as usual, check out my music page.

Any feedback is appreciated and your suggestions will be taken on board.
I replied to Mark Deez latest, Drunken Mastah and some others.
Enjoy.

what up Razor, I vaguely remember when Simon released that e.p. but I remember liking it a lot. I dont remember this track at all, but I really like the beat and the cuts of the other artist are done real well. I really like the the verse, nice lyrics, nice flow...

"I scribe each thought in my head and then forget it again
Let it be said 'til I was dead I lived pushing this pen"

Nice line to end the song on, I liked this drop a lot. Always good to hear diffrent things than the usual cliche rap. Keep it up.

Thanks man, glad you liked it and I appreciate that you can respect an alternative approach to hip-hop. Thanks.
Yeah, Simon's ep was great. Although I really liked this track on it, Who Am I was a lyrical masterpiece as was The Cards.
