The mother of Rick Ross' two year old son has taken the Miami rapper to court over child support.
According to TMZ, Tiallondra Nicole Kemp claims that Ross has not been offering financial support to raise their son, William Leonard Roberts III.
Kemp has requested the court to order Ross to take a paternity test to prove that he is the father's child. Kemp claims the test will help establish her case.
Kemp wants to be awarded child support under the "Florida Child Support Guidelines" and wants shared responsibility over the child.
Ross' lawyer, Allan Zamren, claims that his client already supports the child and pays for medical bills.
"[Ross] is an excellent person and an outstanding member in his community," Zamren said. "I've known him for quite some time and it's a pleasure to represent him."
