Rap mogul Sean "Diddy" Combs is taking his search to find a new intern to TV.
The music business entrepreneur received over a million entries when he staged online "auditions" last year - and actually hired a young woman who contacted him via website YouTube.com.
But she has since turned the job down to work abroad, and now Diddy is teaming up with U.S. cable channel VH1 to find the perfect assistant.
He says, "We felt that it would be an inspiring story. It's really a hilarious show.
"People from all over the United States come in and they're really competing to work for me."
The new reality show will be called I Wanna Work With Diddy.
