Snoop Dogg is reportedly writing a theme song for ABC's popular soap opera One Life To Live.
According to The New York Post, Snoop, who is a big fan of the daytime drama, tapped the shows execs offering to pen a tune after hearing Mary J. Blige would be performing on the show next month for a Valentine special.
“I’m a huge fan of Snoop and I'd love to hear what he'd come up with,” Paul Glass, the supervising music director of the show, told The Post.
Last year, Timbaland performed his hit "The Way I Are" on the show along with Keri Helison and rapper D.O.E.
In related news, Snoop will be releasing his ninth solo album titled Ego Trippin' on March 2008. The set will feature production from Pharrell Williams and legendary R&B beat maker Teddy Riley.
