According to MTV, Marion “Suge” Knight is blaming Kanye West for the loss of his 15-carrot diamond earring that was allegedly stolen from him a few years ago.

The Death Row Records CEO has filed a $135,000 lawsuit against Kanye for the incident that took place on September 12, 2005 at the pre-VMA party in which Knight was allegedly shot in the leg.

“It was reasonable foreseeable to defendants that the party would present a dangerous environment with the possibility of weapons (including firearms) being used by or against party guests given the well-known feuds that have at times pitched East Coast rap and hip-hop stars against West Coast rap and hip-hop stars, some of whom would be attending the party with their associates,” the lawsuit reads.

Knight claims to have suffered a shattered bone that required surgery, months of physical therapy, mental trauma and a loss of income.

Knight also claims that he has been “deprived of the use and enjoyment of the earring” and requests it to be returned or replaced.

A loss of income? Suge was running a dead company. X amount of days off from a company that generated $0 is still $0. You don't have to do work for 10-15 year old albums to sell.

FUCK SUGE KNIGHT. fuck that fat sissy pussy motherfucker in his fat ass.

fuck suge. over.

It is reasonable that Suge Knight shouldn't have gone to the fucking party if his feudies were going to be there. But no, he wanted to be a big man and show he wasn't pussy. But then what happens, motherfucker gets shot, required surgery, months of physical therapy, mental trauma and a "loss of income." that fat fuck lost his income being a shitty CEO of a dead record label.

“deprived of the use and enjoyment of the earring”

I've been deprived the use and enjoyment of 2Pac's unreleased shit that Suge's had stuffed up his ass. we should all sue.

Oh he's getting desperate.. So Suge attended the party.. How is that Kanye's fault? hahaha Sugar Bear needs a job.
Well in the U.S., whoever is throwing the party can be held liable, hence why people insure events like this and have liability coverage.
