The Game has reportedly been charged with criminal battery for attacking his cousin at a funeral earlier this year.
As reported earlier, Game's cousin (Robert "Kirky" Kirkwood) filed a police report in July claiming that the Compton rapper punched him at his sister's funeral.
Kirkwood claimed that Game had agreed to pay half of the bill for his sister's funeral but stiffed him when it was time to pay up.
Kirkwood claimed that Game appeared unexpectedly at his sister's funeral and when he approached Game about the funding for the funeral outside the church, the rapper punched him in the face.
According to TMZ, Game could be tossed back in jail if he is convicted of the battery charge because he is currently on probation for a firearms offense.
In related news, The Game released his third album titled L.A.X. on Tuesday (August 26). The set features appearances from Lil Wayne, Nas, Ne-Yo and Ice Cube, among others.
