I don't care about your views on veganism, but this is just stupid...

I wasn't joking. I know what chilli is. I don't know what chillis is, though. Is that a plural?
As you know, Chili is the name of a dish. It's so named because chili powder is used in it. Chili powder comes from chili peppers, which you can use in dishes instead of the powder. It's called a chili pepper or a chili. Plural: chili peppers or chilies. Only one "l." No relation to the Red Hot Chili Peppers. Columbus was one of the first Europeans to encounter them and called them "Indians," no, "peppers." Chili sauce is made with chilies and tomatoes. A chilidog is a hot dog covered with chili. A chiliburger is a hamburger covered with chili. A chilivegan is a vegan ...

Chili's Bar and Grill is a chain of restaurants in the US. They serve chili and other things like chicken and green chili soup. There are green chilies and red chilies.

I wasn't joking. I know what chilli is. I don't know what chillis is, though. Is that a plural? I don't think it's correct. I don't know what others are. My English vocab is very limited in terms of plants, foods, and animals. I never studied English like foreigners do. I studied English as Americans do, starting in middle school, and by then, you're expected to know a monkey from an elephant because they teach you that in elementary school, which I wasn't around for.
These are chillis. The plural of a chilli, as in a chilli pepper.

Last night I chopped up some tofu into squares and made a marinade of soy sauce, vinegar, fresh garlic and chillis and left the tofu inside the mixture overnight. Later I'm gonna roll the marinated squares in breadcrumbs and curry powder and bake them. #fuckyeah

Tell me more about the links between milk and prostate cancer.
It's generally thought to be linked to levels of IGF-1 aka bovine insulin growth factor. Basically if you consume dairy you're going to have a 15%-20% higher level of IGF-1 in your blood which leads to being 40% more likely to develop prostate cancer (if you're a male obviously) or ovarian cancer. Also, as I've mentioned before, humans are unable to effectively process the calcium contained in dairy (despite what the dairy industry will tell you). Calcium specifically coming from dairy is also increasing the risk of prostate cancer, which is interesting because calcium from more natural sources (spinach, kale) etc, is not.

Here's some reading on the matter.
