lmao.

I just pictured Illmatic in the middle of the street eating a deer and cars swerving out of the way once the headlight beams hit him.

This day is one we have become accustomed to spending with our families. We give thanks for the company of those we love who surround us, and yet the day is riddled with the obvious and muddled history of a colonial exchange between Europeans and the Indigenous people who were enslaved, placated and ethnically cleansed... from the land we had lived on for thousands of years. I'm grateful for all I have, and all I will ever have. But I know my history and the history of my people and I am just grateful for that. Enjoy what you have, never know when you might lose it all.

Isn't thanksgiving about the massacre of Indians? And you'd think a vegan fan would bitch about the human losses instead of prioritizing turkey.

This being said I'm in Canada we don't celebrate it. But happy thanksgiving to all. Tell me what you are thankful fore.

life
food on the table
a stable family
a beautiful, loving girlfriend
a decent home in a nice area
having the opportunity to go to university and get a degree
being raised in a good, developed country, instead of staying in one where compulsory military service exists

We have it here in Canada, it's only in October. Action de Grace pour ceux qui habitent au Quebec.

I'm thankful for:

Health - I've been sick for 2 weeks b/c I can't seem to stay warm in the living room. haha.
But I am still thankful for it b/c I know it could be worse when I see others worse off.

Family, friends...

a huge cock...

Those are the main things.

Another one of these topics? *sigh*

Personally, I think everyone should do what they're comfortable with... even eating meat only 3 days out of the week instead of 7 is a step in the right direction. I don't like forcing my ideas and beliefs on people... (outside of the people who join my cult... but that's another topic)

There's no way you'll ever convince people to think in a manner similar to you... even if your thought process is technically the better one, if you constantly attack the belief systems of others. It makes the attacker no better than organized religion or the asswads at PETA.

Those are general "yous" and that's just my opinion on the topic of vegetarianism/veganism as a vegan who's not as intolerant as some.

PETA are not asswads, they are very likeable individuals.

Considering I'm the only person here that has actually met people that work high up in the organisation, I am the only person qualified to say that.

I've met a few PETA individuals and I personally find them very distasteful. Also the way they handle their cause is awful.. they're just as bad as the fundies in the South. Attacking people who are different from you is wrong always. Regardless of who is doing it and why. Religion attacking homosexuals and women who get abortions.... PETA attacking people who eat meat aka the majority of the world.... Scientology attacking people's wallets... it's just not the right way to handle things.

Rarely are people personally insulted and then they side with the person insulting them.

He does. We're witnessing the sad and slow decline of a once good poster.
You mean a swift move into a poster of almighty, incomparable worldwide renown.

Some say I have a messiah complex.....I tell 'em to stop blaspheming :)
