Trump wants to make deals with the Saudis and Arab countries now, so he's making Yahoo sweat for a bit, but he will continue to support them. Jared is back to whispering advice in his ear about Israel, and, actually, more of the populist right is pro-Israel than anti. The evangelicals are pro-Israel, so Trump's pro-Israel. If that calculation changed, his calculation would change. But Trump still won't forget or forgive Netanyahu for recognizing Biden as the legit president in 2020, so there's no love there since Trump personalizes everything.

But Trump is obviously unreliable as an ally in any sphere. Foreign policy, domestic policy, personal life, marriage, right? He's just an unreliable person, so he's liable to do anything. His whole approach to politics is to reward you if you give him a piece of the action. The Tony Soprano approach, capeesh? Then you'll be "a friend of ours." A made man, maybe, like El Salvidor's dictator. If not, it's "the kiss of death." He wants to make a profit off of Gaza and Ukraine. "Give us a chunk of your resources, Zelenskyy. You need to show enough respect to the Don. You're not even wearing a suit. Fuggedaboutit!"

Trump wanted to watch the Conclave so he watched it 15 minutes at a time between his Adderall popping. Kind of like how kids now watch videos in double speed.

He still didn't get the plot so he had his advisers write down bullet points and got super pissed when he found out that the movie was made in Italy.

So, I watch Japanese news because that's the only other language besides English that I can understand. I also don't trust A.I. translations of any kind because A.I. is not yet ready to understand cultural differences and things that are "between lines."

With that said, Trump said he was making progress and close to reaching a deal with Japan. The Japanese side did not know what the fuck he was talking about. They were still trying to process the bogus A.I. generated trade numbers and those numbers do not reflect reality of the trades.

I guess many Americans think they are getting ripped off ---- get this ----- because they pay more for drugs compared to other countries. Tell that to the people paying $2 a liter for US gasoline and don't even take any medication.

I am fully supportive of banning drug commercials on TV. I think they did a similar thing in the past with the tobacco industry and sporting event ads.

Small step. First thing is first. No American wants to get money taken out of their paychecks to help obese people pay for Ozempic.
