wendy williams was the one that started the rumour that 2pac was raped in jail. and yes, in Why U Turn on Me (UTEOT version), he makes 2 references to her in the outro but her name is blocked out. u can hear the name not blocked out in the OG version.
and im guessing it was made sometime after he came out of jail from the 1995 incident. so he most liekly made it in the deathrow era.
