New Busta is not good, imo. I think 90s kids are so rap-starved because these new rappers are on some new shit that people think those Busta tracks are good. That maybe an unfair characterization. Fuck it.

Kendrick is in the press a lot lately, I think his album drop is imminent. Quite a while back, I read he was going to drop a rock album. Obviously, I think that went too far but I could see him toying with the sound as he always does something new.

Anyone like Baby Keem? Kendrick is big on him, signed him to some lifestyle label or some shit.

My music taste has gotten weirder and weirder. Latest band I had a honeymoon phase with was Polyphia. Especially their piece "G.O.A.T." is just insane to me.

Hip-hop still feels like safe territory. I also keep coming back to a lot of the stuff I listened to back then. But I listen less to hiphop now then I did back then. I feel like I always had a pretty broad taste in music though, but it was somewhat repressed in my teenage years.

You ever listen to any Polish stuff? I’ve been listening to Paluch’s new album a lot over the past month.
Just the old stuff, like WWO, Hemp Gru, Tede etc. There's some new good stuff coming out, but somehow I'm always back to the classic artists. Sokol is probably the rapper I listen to the most.

I know some people have issues with Rozay's authenticity but damn, Teflon Don has to be the best motivational music next to Jeezy's Thug Motivation 101.
