Waiting for what?

Wow, congratz on your mod skills. :\

That's still a lot of effort and a little obsessive, I can see why you two are together.

Like I said, you're either fake, which Im leaning towards, or a little weird. I would NEVER invade my girlfriends privacy like that, track her down online, jump into her conversations.

Are Casey's testosterone levels so low that he needs his girlfriend to stick up for him? I just dont see any self respecting man putting up with anyone as crazy as you. Likewise if a man did that to his girlfriend I think it would be crazy too... So... Like I said... I still think you're fake.
I don't think it's to do with any of that and what you say seems a little far-fetched. Give him the benefit of the doubt and just carry on. I think people wanting to expose one another is a little obsessive and that's why you go round looking at each others' IPs and what not.

Like I said, I went vegetarian, almost vegan, for two years. I had first hand experience of these "health effects," I didnt like them.
Was this anything to do with muscle mass and training performance? You know your body best and if it didn't feel too good then I guess returning to your diet (that included meat) was best for you.

Also, I think that a magor reason why people claim that meat in our diets is bad for us is because most people eat the poor quality, impure, cheaper meats with gristle, bones etc in them as opposed to the more expensive, higher quality meats.

Processed meat is everywhere and I hate it! But it's just easy, like making ham sandwiches you just peel it off and put it in. It's where I think most people that eat meat will suffer from eating meat.

Meat and dairy is also heavily subsidized by the government. Which is why it's cheaper than fruits and veggies?

I didn't even really workout back then. I did Martial Arts though, but no weight training.

I was tired all the time. Labido was shot to shit in the end. Would get sick every other week it seemed. Was just completely run down and everything that comes with that.

My friends were telling me I needed to eat some meat but I was on that higher than though vegan power trip, never preached, but thought what I was doing was right for me and sooo healthy. How could it not be? Meat is evil right?! Wrong :(

Finally the doctor got through to me, and honestly, by that point my body have given up and I was seriously fucked.

It took me a year to get healthy and energetic again.

If you're interested in looking at nutrients and how it works, watch the documentary Fat Head. It follows a guy who does the opposite of Morgon Spurlock in Super Size Me - He eats McDonalds for 30 days and loses weight and lowers his cholesterol, and he keeps a log that is open to the public to see what he ate every day unlike Morgan Spurlock.

I was arguing with this kid in class the other day about the coming election. He comes from a farming family and they have this huge amount of land in Iowa or something and they grow corn cus of ethanol being in high demand among other things. His family is pretty damn wealthy. Anyway, he said his family and everyone knows are big republicans and support the tea party movement and I made a comment saying that's funny because the subsidies your farm gets I consider a form a socialism and it's funny that you want to get rid of that. He argued it wasn't blah blah blah. Our government is just funny

is processed veg common? would that be in things like veggie burgers and bean burgers?
Depends how they are made. They aren't going to be good for you if you buy them from a packet. Added salt, water, flavourings, preservatives. Make it fresh yourself.

Yeah, it's going to be shit. Processed food is profit driven, just remember that. I mean, even if you buy canned veggies, like beans, they are loaded with preservatives, processed sugars, high in sodium, etc. Same goes for any processed food.
