After the recent success of his anti-superhero film Hancock, Will Smith has become Hollywood's Best-Paid Actor, according to Forbes.

The superstar actor, who started his career in entertainment as a rapper, came in at no. 1 on the magazine's list of the Best-Paid Actors in Hollywood this week, banking an estimated $80 million over the course of the year.

Thanks to Hancock, Smith became the first actor in Hollywood history to have eight straight movies rake in $100 million at the box office.

After Smith came Johnny Dep with $72 million, then in third is Eddie Murphy with $55 million, thanks to a slew of successful family-friendly flicks.

Rounding out the top 5 is Mike Myers, then Leonardo DiCaprio.

As far as the women in Hollywood, Cameron Diaz topped the list with $50 million, at no. 2 is Keira Knightley with $32 million, Jennifer Aniston with $27 million, Reese Witherspoon with $25 million, and Gwyneth Paltrow at no. 5 with $25 million.

agreed

He can't be touched, dude is golden in everything he does. Major props go out to him.
absolutey, I grew up watching fresh prince, and he was hilarious on that show. And since then he has become one of the most complete actors of all time. from MIB 1&2, all the way to Ali, and the Pursuit of Happiness (one of my favorite movies). Much respect to him, and I hope he keeps making great movies, he is the last of a rare kind.

yeah, I couldn't believe whe he had to kill sam, that dog reminded me of my shepherd. I love dogs too, and it's weird I get more sad watching dogs die than people in movies, I think it's because dogs are more loyal and innocent. and sam was a real smart dog, it wasn't like in most movies where the dogs are looking off camera for treats, you really believe sam was robert nevill's partener. but that's because german shepherds are the smartest dogs (no offence I love all dogs).

this guy is a living legend. NO rapper in hip hop can hate on him, he is "1 of kind" and very well could be the last. he has made some cool joints, some corny ones too. lol, but he is WAYYY more talented than these "new generation" rappers, soulja boys, lil waynes, rick ross fake ass. "SUMMERTIME" is a classic these idiots will never top. PROPS TO U FRESH PRINCE. haha
