^ That can't be true. The SGS3 build quality is very high. That phone can survive plenty of beating and look like new. The N4, however while a great phone and all is much more fragile and apart from its key components the rest isn't as perfect as in the SGS3. The design is a whole different story though. The SGS3 isn't beautiful while the N4 looks neat.
Now if it comes to the display the IPS on N4 is good quality but poorly calibrated - compared to the SGS3 it looks washed out, kind of like on the Nexus 7 (good panel, poor calibration - dull colors). Although LCD vs. AMOLED turned out to be largely dependent on personal preference, while the N4 panel is really neat (it's the same one HTC One X uses) yet on the One X it's much better calibrated and thus it is more pleasant to look at. N4 display looks good but you can see that it's not as good if you place it next to the SGS3 or HTC One X.
Performance is a no-brainer here. The N4 packs the fastest mobile chipset. The SGS3 uses a quad core A9, while Samsung made it awesome for what it is, it's an old tech in comparison. Plus, Android 4.2 is optmized for N4 and it doesn't have to run Touchwiz on top of it.
